What does a session look like?
A.I love to get to know you, so during a session with me we will walk and chat, it will be fun especially for the kids and relaxed. I will direct you where to stand and give you prompts or activities to do, allowing genuine moments to unfold. It's the candid moments I love to capture most.
Where are you based and do you travel?
A.I am based in Hallett cove, south of Adelaide, South Australia. I have a beautiful natural light home studio and have access to so many beautiful locations close by. If you have another location in mind or prefer me to come to you, I am happy to travel, further locations may incur a small travel fee.
When will we get our photos?
A.After our session together I will be so excited to have a good look at the magic we have created, I upload and back up the images straight away and will get a handful of sneak peeks to you via socials within 48 hours. Galleries are sent to you via email in a beautiful private gallery within approximately 3 weeks, but let's be honest it will probably be sooner.
What if the weather isn’t great?
A.All outdoor sessions are impacted by uncontrollable weather conditions at anytime of the year, sometimes without warning. This adds differences to each session, whether that be a beautiful sunset adding golden glow, rough seas adding mood or wind adding movement to hair and clothing. Being photographed outside in some epic locations does mean each session is beautifully unique. If the weather is forecast rain, strong winds or extreme heat, I am happy to discuss a reschedule prior to the session.
Do you retouch photos?
A.I like to edit as natural as possible within my photography style. I prefer not to photoshop images to alter your appearance or remove things within the image, however if you have woken up with a huge pimple, the kids have grazed their knee at school or dad has cut himself shaving then I will remove. Babies, I like to keep skin looking as natural as possible and will remove small blemishes and even out skin tone. Generally if it won't be there in a week or two I will remove unless discussed.
Whats the best time of day for our session?
A.The best time for Outdoor sessions are at sunrise or sunset, this gives the most beautiful natural golden, soft light. As a mum, I know sunset during the summer months can seem difficult, it is usually past young children's bed time. Trust me one night of fun and connection, out of routine, will be worth it to capture the moments that mean the most to you.
In-home and studio sessions are scheduled in the morning, midweek and are flexible for times as long as there is plenty of natural light available.
How do we book you?
A.Get in contact with me using the form above or the "contact me" tab in the main menu, from there I would love to know more about you and the photographic session you are wanting. Alternatively, I am available though social media. I aim to reply to all emails/messages within 48 hours.
I ask for a 20% non refundable booking fee (that is deducted from the total) to secure your date.

A.For Sure! I can't wait to hear what you have in mind and to work with you to create a session that best represents you.
What should we wear?
A.I recommend wearing something that fits well, makes you feel confident and amazing. Families co-ordinate outfits within the same colour pallet and tones, neutral earthy tones photograph really well and blend with all locations. Please avoid large busy patterns, logos and stripes across the body.
I am happy to help plan outfits and I have a small client wardrobe for you to use free of charge, if sizes and styles suit.
